Cadran is a luminous object in Sidobre granite inspired by sundials. It replaces sunlight with artificial light which, thanks to a thin rod, casts a shadow. Both lamp and clock, Cadran invites us to rethink time. Only one hand is revealed. Time passes, but the anxiety of being on time to the minute disappears. A mechanical and electronic system lets the shadow turn subtly with the hours of the day. In collaboration with
Victor Mauro. Made with the Vabre workshops, Benjamin Troupel, Michel Attal and iGuzzini.
